About the job:
As an engineer, you probably have questions about what IMTS careers have in store and how they will make you an engineer of tomorrow. Remuneration:
Our remuneration is among industry standard levels with Rs. 2,97,000 p.a. While in a project, if you are on odd-working hours, you not only get free pick-up and drop from your home to office and back, but you also get a handsome shift allowance for the period.
While at Mindtree Kalinga for your 2 month learning program, you will receive a stipend of Rs. 21,100 per month (Rs. 6,000 would be auto-deducted monthly while at Kalinga for your stay and unlimited laundry). Upon successful completion of your learning program, you will receive Rs. 12,000 (no claim required) as relocation expenses to your new work location. With all the investments Mindtree makes in your career development, a service agreement of Rs. 2 lakhs for 2 years from your date of joining will be in effect.

Interview Process:
Technical knowledge
The basic knowledge you need to possess to be shortlisted for IMTS careers is an understanding of IT related technical concepts like memory, server, CPU, Network, IP address and more. Any prior experience/ certifications in IT/Digital infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.
Assessment process We have a three level assessment to select people for our IMTS careers. It begins with an aptitude assessment (online evaluation at interview venue – logical, quantitative, English), followed by a business communication proficiency check (spoken & written ability) and face to face Technical interview and personal interview.
